This spaghetti is so simple I almost felt I couldn't post it but since it's so delicious (and I've been eating it almost every night) I thought it's worth sharing (who doesn't love pasta, right?). Best enjoyed with a glass of red and good company on a balmy evening.

Crunchy, fresh and sweet - this Autumn salad sure does hit the spot. Roasted beets, fresh fennel and thinly slice apple tossed in a honey mustard dressing and topped with goats feta. Perfect on its own as a light lunch or side with some pork sausages and roast potatoes for a hearty meal.
I recently started back at my job out on the farm, which means I came home with an abundance of fresh veg that wouldn't fit in the fridge. In an effort to use up old and new veggies this Asian style coleslaw salad was born. Eat on its own, as a side or stuffed inside cold rolls - it's the perfect salad for those balmy spring nights.
Beetroots grow like wildfire in our garden, so when we find ourselves inundated with these earthy scarlett globes, a big batch of beetroot patties are in order. Packed full of protein, super easy, freezer friendly and the most delightful shade of pink, these patties are my go to quick meal after a day in the field.
This salad has quickly become a late summer staple in our household. With an abundance of stone fruit in season, this salad is extremely easy, full of colour and seriously tasty. Serve as a side or devour as a light lunch.
Look, I've always been a savoury pancake fan... in the sense that I would smother my pancakes in vegemite (being an aussie kid and all). These spring onion savoury pancakes are a little more sophisticated than vegemite ones and just as easy. Served with sauteed bok choy and a ginger tamari dipping sauce, they're enough for a meal but also great as a snack.
Lightly sautéed greens with lemon juice and cracked pepper. Topped with sprouts and goats cheese this super simple, tangy, delicious dish makes for the perfect side, snack or breakfast.
Seriously moorish - these choc almond cookies will satisfy your sweet tooth without leaving you with that guilty feeling. Best served with a cup of tea and a good friend. |
